Can I request a completely custom design?+
Yes. Send your idea, wording, preferred colors, quantity, and needed date by email or Facebook message.
Do you offer local pickup and shipping?+
Yes. The fulfillment choices available for a specific item will appear during Square checkout. Contact me if you have a special delivery question.
What if I need help choosing a size?+
Message before ordering and I’ll help with the garment information available for that item. Size availability can vary by design.
How will I know my order went through?+
After a successful Square checkout, you will receive a confirmation or receipt using the contact information entered during payment.
How long will my order take?+
Most orders are ready within 7–10 business days after the design and payment are confirmed. Larger or special orders may take longer, and I’ll confirm timing with you.
Can I return or cancel a custom item?+
Because personalized and made-to-order items are created especially for you, custom sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or I made an error, please contact me promptly so I can make it right.
